You can share your Simsima data over a personal hotspot, provided your device and the local network allow it.
The catch that trips most people up: if your plan requires an APN, you must set it for the hotspot as well as for cellular data, and both must be identical. A hotspot with a blank or different APN connects devices that then get no internet.
