How to reset your password if you forgot it.
Signing In to Your Account
Simsima uses passwordless authentication — you do not need a password at all.
How It Works
1Go to simsima.io and click Sign In
2Enter your email address
3We send a one-time verification code (OTP) to your email
4Enter the 6-digit code on the sign-in page
5You are now signed in
A new code is generated each time you sign in. Codes expire after a few minutes for security.
Not Receiving the Code?
If you do not see the verification email:
Check your spam/junk folder — The email may have been filtered
Wait a minute — Delivery can take up to 60 seconds
Check the correct email — Make sure you are using the same email you signed up with
Request a new code — Click "Resend code" on the sign-in page
Check email filters — Make sure emails from simsima.io are not blocked
Why Passwordless?
Passwordless login is more secure than traditional passwords:
No password to forget, leak, or have stolen
Each code is unique and expires quickly
No risk of password reuse across sites
Simpler user experience
Signed In on Multiple Devices
You can be signed in on multiple devices simultaneously (e.g., phone and laptop). Each device has its own session.
Signing Out
To sign out, go to your Account settings and tap Sign Out. You will need to request a new code next time you sign in.
