How to permanently delete your Simsima account and data.
Delete My Account
If you want to permanently delete your Simsima account, follow the steps below.
Before You Delete
Please be aware that deleting your account:
Permanently removes your account and all associated data
Cannot be undone — We cannot recover a deleted account
Forfeits Simcoins — Any unused Simcoins will be lost
Removes order history — You will no longer have access to past orders, QR codes, or installation details
Does not affect installed eSIMs — eSIMs already installed on your device will continue to work until their validity expires
Save What You Need
Before deleting, we recommend:
1Download invoices — Get receipts for any purchases you may need later
2Save eSIM codes — Screenshot or note down any active eSIM details (QR codes, SM-DP+ addresses, activation codes)
3Use remaining [SimCoins](/help/payments/simcoins-cashback) — Make a purchase to use up your rewards balance
How to Delete Your Account
1Sign in to your Simsima account
2Go to Account Settings
3Scroll to the bottom and find Delete Account
4Confirm your decision
5Your account will be scheduled for deletion
Data Retention
After account deletion:
Personal data is removed in accordance with our privacy policy
Some transaction records may be retained for legal and financial compliance
Anonymized usage data may be kept for analytics
Changed Your Mind?
If you want to use Simsima again after deleting your account, you can always create a new account with the same or a different email address.
