Find Your eSIM's ICCID
The ICCID is the unique serial number of your eSIM — 20 digits beginning with 89, sometimes with an extra digit at the end. When you contact us about a specific eSIM, this is what identifies it.
Three Places to Find It
Your Simsima account. Sign in, open My eSIMs, select the eSIM and its details. This works even if the eSIM is not installed.
Your confirmation email. The ICCID is listed with the installation details.

Why It Matters for Troubleshooting
Comparing the ICCID on your device against the one in your email answers the most common question in support: is the eSIM actually installed? If the number is there, installation succeeded and the problem is a setting. If it is absent, the download never completed.
That one check saves a great deal of guessing — see eSIM missing from device settings.
