Getting an Invoice
You can access invoices and receipts for all your Simsima purchases.
Automatic Receipts
After every purchase, you receive an email confirmation that serves as your receipt. It includes:
Order number
Plan details (country, data amount, validity)
Amount paid and payment method
Date of purchase
Downloading Invoices from Your Account
1Sign in to your Simsima account
2Go to My eSIMs or Order History in the account menu
3Find the order you need an invoice for
4Click Download Invoice or View Receipt
What Is Included in the Invoice
Simsima company details
Your email or account information
Order reference number
Product details (plan name, destination, data amount)
Price breakdown
Payment method used
Date of purchase
Business Purchases
If you are purchasing eSIMs for business travel and need invoices for expense reports, we recommend:
Creating a Simsima account with your business email
All invoices will be accessible from your order history
Each invoice includes the information typically required for expense reporting
Need a Custom Invoice?
If you need a modified invoice (e.g., with a company name, VAT number, or specific format), contact our support team with your order number and the details you need on the invoice.
