View order history

Your Simsima account keeps a record of all your purchases, making it easy to access eSIM details and invoices.

Accessing order history

1Sign in to your Simsima account

2Go to My eSIMs in the account menu

3You will see a list of all your purchases, sorted by date

What you can see

For each order:

Plan details — Destination country, data amount, validity period

Status — Active, expired, or unused

Installation methods — Smart Link, QR code, and manual codes

Data usage — How much data has been used (for active plans)

Order date and amount paid

Finding your installation details

If you have not installed your eSIM yet:

1Find the order in your history

2Click on it to see the details

3Access the Smart Link, QR code, or manual codes (SM-DP+ address and Activation Code)

Note: An eSIM can be installed only once. If you removed it from your phone, it cannot be reinstalled: contact support.

Downloading invoices

From each order detail page, you can download a receipt or invoice for your records. Useful for business expense reporting.

Orders made as guest

If you purchased eSIMs before creating an account, those orders are linked to your email. Create an account with the same email address and your past orders will appear in your history.
