For each order:
Re-Downloading Installation Details
If you need to reinstall an eSIM:
Note: Some eSIMs have a limited number of reinstallations. If you cannot reinstall, contact support.
Downloading Invoices
From each order detail page, you can download a receipt or invoice for your records. Useful for business expense reporting.
Orders Made as Guest
If you purchased eSIMs before creating an account, those orders are linked to your email. Create an account with the same email address and your past orders will appear in your history.
