Every time you buy a Simsima eSIM, you earn SimCoins — our reward currency that you can use as discounts on future purchases.

What are SimCoins?

SimCoins are Simsima's loyalty currency. They work like store credit:

100 SimCoins = €1 (or the equivalent in your currency)

Each batch of SimCoins is valid for 12 months from the date of credit — use them within this period

Apply them at checkout for an instant discount

How to earn SimCoins

Cashback on every purchase

You earn 4% cashback in SimCoins on every eSIM purchase, automatically (except on an order where a promo code is used). No action needed — the SimCoins are credited to your account once your eSIM is activated.

Example: Buy a plan for €25 → earn 100 SimCoins (worth €1).

Referral commissions

When someone makes their first purchase (at least €15) with your referral link, you earn 10% of that order in SimCoins (up to 500 SimCoins per referral). See the Referral Program article for details.

Occasionally, we run special promotions with bonus SimCoins. Keep an eye on our deals page and notifications.

Limits

You can use SimCoins to cover up to 100% of your order total

Any remaining balance must be paid with a standard payment method

Promo code discounts are applied first, then SimCoins cover the remaining amount

Checking your balance

Website: Go to your account dashboard → Rewards section

App: Check the Club tab or your account settings

Your rewards dashboard shows:

Current SimCoins balance

Total SimCoins earned (from cashback and referrals)

Transaction history

Key facts

SimCoins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn

They are non-transferable between accounts

Each batch of SimCoins is valid for 12 months from the date of credit, and your oldest SimCoins are used first

Deleting your account forfeits all SimCoins

SimCoins from refunded orders are deducted from your balance
