Method 1: Simsima Account (Most Accurate)
1Sign in to your account at simsima.io
2Go to My eSIMs
3Select your active eSIM
4Your remaining data and usage statistics are displayed
This is the most accurate method since it shows real-time usage from our system.
Method 2: Device Settings
iPhone:
1Go to Settings > Cellular
2Scroll down to see data usage for each SIM
3Note: This shows device-tracked usage, which may not perfectly match server records
Android:
1Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs
2Tap your Simsima SIM
3Check the data usage section
Tips to Conserve Data
Use Wi-Fi when available — Hotels, cafés, and airports often have free Wi-Fi
Disable background app refresh — Settings > General > Background App Refresh (iPhone) or Settings > Apps > specific app > Mobile data (Android)
Download content offline — Maps, music, and videos can be saved before your trip
Limit video quality — Set streaming apps to lower quality when on mobile data
Turn off auto-play — Disable auto-play videos on social media apps
Setting Data Usage Alerts
iPhone:
iOS does not have a built-in data limit feature for eSIM, but you can monitor usage in Settings > Cellular
Android:
Go to Settings > Network > Data usage
Set a data warning and limit for your Simsima SIM
Running Low?
If you are running out of data, you can top up directly from your Simsima account without reinstalling the eSIM.
