When Does My Plan Start?
Your plan validity period begins when the eSIM first connects to a mobile network in the destination country. This means:

What Happens When My Plan Expires?
When either the data runs out or the validity period ends (whichever comes first):
Can I Pause My Plan?
No, once the validity period starts (first network connection), it cannot be paused. The countdown continues even if you turn off the eSIM line.
Unused Data
Data does not roll over to a new period. If your 10 GB plan has 3 GB remaining when the validity expires, that data is lost. Choose your plan size based on your expected usage.
Unlimited Plans
Some destinations offer unlimited data plans. With these plans:
