How to Top Up
1Go to simsima.io or open the Simsima app
2Sign in to your account
3Go to My eSIMs and select the active eSIM
4Tap Top Up or Add Data
5Choose the amount of data you want to add
6Complete payment
7The extra data is applied automatically — no reinstallation needed
Important Notes
Same country or region — Top-ups are available for the same destination as your original plan
No reinstall needed — The data is added to your existing eSIM profile over the air
Instant — Extra data is usually available within a few minutes
Internet required — Your device needs connectivity to receive the top-up (Wi-Fi or remaining mobile data)
When to Top Up
When your data balance is getting low (below 20%)
When you decide to extend your stay
When your usage is higher than expected (e.g., video calls, hotspot use)
Can I Top Up After My Plan Expires?
It depends on the plan. Some plans allow top-ups within a grace period after expiration. If top-up is not available, you can purchase a new plan for the same destination and install it as a new eSIM profile.
