I Bought the Wrong Plan
What can be done depends entirely on whether the eSIM has been installed.
I Bought the Wrong Plan
What is possible depends on one thing: whether the eSIM has been installed yet.
If you have not installed it, contact us quickly. An unused eSIM can usually be dealt with — see our refund policy for what applies to your case.
If you have installed it, the profile has been allocated by the network partner and consumed. It cannot be returned to stock, and a refund is generally not possible. This is why we recommend checking coverage and plan type before installing rather than before travelling.
Before You Contact Us, Check Two Things
Coverage. A plan works only in its coverage area. An eSIM for France will not connect in Belgium. If your destination changed, you need a different plan — a regional plan covers several countries and is often the answer for multi-country trips.
Plan type. If the problem is that your plan carries no calls or texts, that is normal for data-only plans and does not require a new purchase — internet calling apps cover it.
